Information about the 2022-2023 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony

  • The 2022-2023 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony will take place on August 4, 2023 (Friday) at 19:30 in the IZTECH Festival Area.
  • The rehearsal for the 2022-2023 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony will take place on August 3, 2023 (Thursday) at 10:00 in the IZTECH Festival Area.
  • To participate in the graduation ceremony, you can apply between July 17, 2023 (Monday) and July 30, 2023 (Sunday) until 17:00 at https://shorturl.at/aFRWX

Students who can attend the Graduation Ceremony

Students who have graduated at the end of the 2022-2023 Academic Year Fall/Spring Semester,

Students who will graduate at the end of the 2022-2023 Academic Year Summer Term,

Students who will graduate at the end of the 2023-2024 Academic Year Fall Semester are eligible to participate.

Gown

  • Students who will attend the ceremony can collect their gowns by paying a rental fee of ₺400 to the Health, Culture, and Sports Directorate (SKS) starting from July 17, 2023 (Monday) until August 4, 2023 (Friday) at 17:00.
  • The rented gowns must be returned to the SKS by September 1, 2023 (Friday) at 17:00. During the return, students will receive a refund of ₺300, while ₺100 will be retained as a maintenance and cleaning fee. Gowns that are not returned will be considered purchased, and the received ₺400 fee will be recorded as income in the budget.

Diploma Delivery of Undergraduate Students

  • To collect your diploma, you need to fill out the Termination of Relationship Form (by yourself or through a representative appointed by a notary) and have it signed by the relevant units. Afterward, you should submit the form to the Student Affairs Directorate (ÖİDB). Click here for the Termination of Relationship Form.
  • Students who have completed the termination of relationship process can collect their diplomas from the ÖİDB from August 2, 2023 (Wednesday) at 09:00 to August 4, 2023 (Friday) at 17:00 by presenting their ID card, student ID card, driver’s license, or passport and signing for receipt.
  • Students who will not attend the graduation ceremony can complete the termination of relationship process starting from August 2, 2023 (Wednesday) and collect their diplomas.
