The Social Awareness and Leadership Certificate (TFLB)
It aims to recognize the gains that students enrolled at the Izmir Institute of Technology will achieve through their participation in social and cultural activities organized inside or outside the university and activities for career development during their education period, and to create processes and documents related to the recording of these activities.
The Social Awareness and Leadership Certificate (TFLB) aims to emphasize the active production of students, encourage them to produce outside the academic field, and score the outputs produced. To use the document in a more effective and useful way, student activities and work were categorized under four main headings.
