IZTECH Ranks First in Türkiye for Interdisciplinary Publication Performance
Izmir Institute of Technology (IZTECH) has achieved a major success in international academic performance metrics, ranking first in Türkiye for interdisciplinary publication performance.
According to 2025 data from Scopus SciVal, one of the world’s most prestigious academic data authorities, IZTECH surpassed all universities in Türkiye and secured the top position with its research competency that brings together different scientific fields.

Commenting on this strategic achievement, IZTECH Rector Prof. Dr. Yusuf Baran emphasized that the Institute’s boutique and high-quality structure is efficiently reflected in its scientific output.
