The Department of Health, Culture, and Sports Will Award Meal Scholarships Covering the 2025–2026 Fall and Spring Academic Semesters

Announcement
  1. Scholarship applications will be made by filling out the application form available at https://bursbasvuru.iyte.edu.tr between September 29, 2025, and October 8, 2025. The English and Turkish versions of the application guide are available below the announcement. Students who received a meal scholarship last year will apply again this year to benefit from the same scholarship and will be re-evaluated.
  2. Students who apply can find out whether they are eligible for the Health, Culture, and Sports Directorate Meal Scholarship, which will be valid for the 2025-2026 Fall and Spring Semesters, by logging in to https://bursbasvuru.iyte.edu.tr on October 22, 2025 (Wednesday) and checking the results section.

Students who wish to receive the IYTE Meal Scholarship are required to submit the documents listed below. These documents must be uploaded in PDF format to https://bursbasvuru.iyte.edu.tr. The required documents do not need to be wet-signed. Documents with a QR code obtained from e-Government can be used.

  1. Separate SGK Service Records and pay slips or documents proving income obtained from e-Devlet for both parents.
    Even if the mother or father is not working, you must provide proof of this with an SGK Service Record.
  2. If the mother or father is retired, their retirement pay slip.
  3. A detailed certified copy of the mother or father’s population registry obtained through e-Government. You must upload this document to the system via your mother or father’s e-Government account, including sibling information. The certified copy of the population registry obtained through your own e-Government account does not include your sibling information.
  4. For those who declare that their family lives in rented accommodation, a receipt for rent payment.
  5. If there are chronic conditions or illnesses, a medical report documenting this.
  6. If you are a relative of a martyr, a document proving that you are a relative of a martyr.
