The Department of Health Culture and Sports Will Award Meal Scholarships Covering the 2026–2027 Fall and Spring Academic Semesters

1. Scholarship applications must be submitted by completing the application form available at https://bursbasvuru.iyte.edu.tr between September 28  and October 9. The application guide is available below this announcement. Students who received a meal scholarship in the previous academic year must also apply this year in order to continue benefiting from the scholarship and will be re-evaluated.
2. Students who apply can check whether they have been awarded the Department of Health Culture and Sports Meal Scholarship, which will be valid for the 2026–2027 Fall and Spring Semesters, by logging into https://bursbasvuru.iyte.edu.tr and checking the results section on October 23.

Students who wish to receive the İYTE Meal Scholarship are required to submit the documents listed below. These documents must be uploaded in PDF format via https://bursbasvuru.iyte.edu.tr. The documents do not need to bear an original handwritten signature. Documents obtained through the Turkish e-Government system (e-Devlet) with a QR code are accepted. After uploading your documents, don’t forget to confirm your application so that it can be processed by the system.

1. For both the mother and father separately, an SGK Service Record obtained through e-Devlet, together with a salary statement or a document proving their income.

• Even if the mother or father is not employed, this must be documented by submitting an SGK Service Record.

1. If the mother or father is retired, a pension statement must be submitted.
2. A detailed civil registry record (Vukuatlı Nüfus Kayıt Örneği) obtained through the mother’s or father’s e-Devlet account. This document must be uploaded through the system in a format that includes information about the applicant’s siblings. The civil registry record obtained through the student’s own e-Devlet account does not contain sibling information.
3. For applicants who declare that their family lives in a rented residence, a receipt or bank transfer document proving the rent payment.
4. If there are any chronic illnesses or medical conditions, a medical report documenting the condition.
5. If the applicant is a relative of a martyr, a document proving their status as a martyr’s relative. A national athlete is someone who has a document proving that they are a national athlete.
