Information About the 2025-2026 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony
- The 2025-2026 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony will be held on Friday, 24 July 2026, at 19:30, at the IZTECH Festival Grounds.
- The rehearsal for the 2025-2026 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony will take place on Thursday, 23 July 2026, at 10.00, at the IZTECH Exhibition Center and at 11.00, at the IZTECH Festival
- To participate in the graduation ceremony, you may apply between Wednesday, 1 July 2026, and Monday, 20 July 2026, until 17:00, via the link: https://shorturl.at/Emmqu
Eligible Students for Participation in the Graduation Ceremony
Students who:
Graduate by the end of the Fall/Spring semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year,
Will graduate by the end of the Summer semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year,
Are eligible to graduate by using additional time and/or exam rights under Article 19 of the IYTE Undergraduate Education Regulation,
Will graduate by the end of the Fall semester of the 2026-2027 Academic Year, may participate in the ceremony.

Diploma Collection for Undergraduate Students
- To collect your diploma, you must complete the Clearance Form (either personally or through an authorised proxy appointed via notary), have it signed by the relevant departments, and submit it to the Student Affairs Office (ÖİDB). Click here for the Clearance Form.
- Students who have completed the clearance procedure (by presenting an identity card, student ID card, driving licence, or passport) may collect their diplomas in person or through a notary-appointed proxy from the Student Affairs Office (ÖİDB) between 09:00 on Thursday, 23 July 2026, and 17:00 on Friday, 24 July 2026, against signature.
- Students who will not attend the graduation ceremony may collect their diplomas from 23 July 2026 onwards, provided they have completed the clearance process.
