IZTECH Signature in Industry: Three Awards from EBSO

At the award ceremony organized by the Aegean Region Chamber of Industry (EBSO), IZTECH’s vision for university–industry collaboration and its high-technology-focused efforts were recognized with three separate awards.

At the ceremony:
Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Yusuf Baran, received the “Distinguished Service/Honor Award”;
Our faculty members, Prof. Dr. Alper Baba (Department of Civil Engineering) and Prof. Dr. Mustafa M. Demir (Department of Materials Science and Engineering), were presented with the “University–Industry Collaboration Award”;
Our faculty member, Prof. Dr. Sami Doğanlar (Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics), received the “Service to Academia Award.”

By combining the power of science with production, we will continue to be a reference point in Türkiye’s high-tech exports.
