Information About the 2021-2022 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony

  • 2021-2022 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony will be held on July 1, 2022 (Friday) at 19.30 at the IZTECH Festival Area.
  • The 2021-2022 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony Rehearsal will take place on 30 June 2022 (Thursday) at 10:00 in the IZTECH Festival Area.
  • To attend the graduation ceremony, you can apply from 13 June 2022 (Monday) until 28 June 2022 (Tuesday) 17.00 at https://bit.ly/3z9I0vr.

Students who can attend the Graduation Ceremony

Students who graduate at the end of the Fall/Spring Semester of the 2021-2022 Academic Year,

Students who will graduate at the end of the 2021-2022 Academic Year Summer School,

Students who can graduate at the end of the 2022-2023 Academic Year Fall Semester can participate.

Graduation Robe

  • Students who will participate in the ceremony will be able to receive their robes from 13.06.2022 (Monday) until 01.07.202 (Friday) until 17.00 after paying the rental fee of ₺250 to the Health, Culture and Sports Department (SKS).
  • The rented robes must be delivered to SKS until 17.00 on 29 July 2022 (Friday). During the delivery, ₺200 will be returned to the student, ₺50 will be kept as maintenance and cleaning fee. The robes that are not delivered on the said date will be deemed to have been purchased and therefore ₺250 received will be recorded as revenue in the budget.

Diploma Delivery

  • In order to receive your diploma, you must fill in the Exmatriculation Form (by yourself or by your representative appointed by the notary public) and have it signed by the relevant units, and then submit the form to the Registrar’s Office (ÖİDB). İlişik kesme formu için tıklayınız.
  • Students who have completed the exmatriculation process (by presenting their identity card, student ID card, driver’s license or passport) in return for their signature, or their representative appointed by the notary public, they will be able to get their diplomas from the ÖİDB from 09:00 on 29.06.2022 (Wednesday) until 1 July 2022 (Friday) 17.00.
  • Students who will not attend the graduation ceremony can receive their diplomas by making the exmatriculation process on the date they want.
